Il Consorzio Cori & Bande si limita a pubblicare alcuni programmi per possibili tournées così come ricevuti da agenzie specializzate sulle quali non assume alcuna responsabilità circa la serietà. Per le verifiche sia dei programmi riportati che per tutto il resto si invita a contattare direttamente le agenzie che ci hanno trasmesso i programmi e i cui recapiti sono indicati in calce a ciascuna serie di programmi.
Non abbiamo avuto esperienze di lavoro con queste agenzie, perciò fate attenzione. Vogliate invece comunicarci al ritorno di vs eventuale adesione se vi siete trovati bene e fornirci quelle informazioni che potrebbero essere utili per altri gruppi e che volentieri pubblicheremo su questa pagina.

3° Freamunde International Choir Competition (Portogallo) 2014
Cori con repertori classici o folk - Adesioni entro il 20 Febbraio 2010

Enrolments:
•  Enrolments for the Freamunde Choir Competition must be postmarked by registered mail before the 20th February 2014 at the latest.
•  Freamunde International Choir Competition: from Thursday, July 1th to Sunday, July 4th. Departing day: Monday morning, 5th July.
•  Enrolments will be registered in order of arrival. It is therefore advisable to reply as soon as possible. Enrolments are subject to the approval of the organizing Committee whose decision will be confirmed to both selected and non-selected groups by e-mail or fax no later than one week after receiving the application.
Selected groups must confirm their application by e-mail or fax as soon as possible, and will then receive a circular giving all further details.
They will need to:
- Pay the registration fees as described in detail at the Rules.
- Send not later than the 10th May 2010 the Repertoire Form and five copies of each work chosen for the class or classes entered.
No enrolments will be considered complete until ALL above formalities have been met.

Festival Costs:
Choir participation feeTO BE ADVISED, this payment will be sent with the application form. After acceptance you will be requested to pay A LUMP SUM for each member of the choir; including the director and the pianist/musicians (the cost includes Food and Accommodation). For other classes chosen, the cost is€75 for each. This includes entry fees for the competitions and the concerts. If a Choir decides not to come after sending payment, the Organization will keep 30% of the amount paid as registration fee.
Cancellation: in the unlikely event of cancellation of a class or of the whole Competition, fees will be refunded in full.

Travel Costs:
Travel is to be organized and paid by the participating choirs (their members and accompanying persons) themselves.

Local Transport:
The Festival will provide local transport to choirs :
(i)          on arrival, from OPORTO Airport or Train Station to their accommodation.
(ii)         on departure,  from their accommodation to OPORTO Airport or Train Station.
(iii)        as deemed necessary by the Festival organisers during their stay.
You have to pay only (i) and (ii) - 25km distance between OPORTO Airport and Festival Campus. Bus during all  festival will be free of charge.

Accommodation:
•   Lodging will be provided free of charge in local schools. Classrooms will be equiped with bunks and mattresses.
•   Other forms of accomodation are at your own expense, but all the details about this must be arranged with the Festival organization.
•   At the school facilities you can also find toilets and have a hot water bath. You must bring towels and hygiene products.

Food:
•  Dinner and lunch will be served in a big tent - Cantine (in a sef-service scheme). First meal will be
on thursday evening and the last will be Sunday's lunch. The choir will be asked to provide the number
of vegetarians and also the food restrictions together with the rooming list, by the 15th June.
•  Breakfast will be served at the school canteen.

Freamunde Festival Campus:
 It will be located at the city park. It's a nice and quiet place, good for resting and leisure time. During the Festival the Park will be close for participant's exclusive usage.
Next to the Park there's the public swimming pool, you can use it freely, though you must bring bathing equipment (suit, towel, etc...). The campus toilets are those in the pool facilities.   The campus is 100m away from the church where the sacro competition is going to take place.

Competition Rules:
Please read the rules very carefully as they contain all the details necessary, as to the choice of a choir's program and the criteria for adjudication. Each choir must be familiar with the rules.

General Rules:
•        All members of a choir, except the conductor, must be AMATEURS (i.e. people who do not earn their main livelihood as singers).
•        No person may compete as a member of more than one choir in the same class.
•        In case of changes of the keys printed in the scores the jury must be informed in writing prior to the competition.
•        The Musical Director reserves the right to limit the number of entries for each class.
•        The Musical Director reserves the right to join two classes or to cancel a class if he feels that there are insufficient entries.
•        The Musical Director reserves the right to refuse entry to any choir to any class.
•        The Musical Director reserves the right to add to or alter these rules.
•        The Jury's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any aspect of its decision.
•        Order of appearance will be drawn by the Musical Director after entries are closed, and will be notified to each participating choir.
•        It is illegal to perform music if the score has been reproduced illegally. Should a choir do so the Festival accepts no responsibility.
•       The Festival Organizers and the Musical Director accept no legal responsibility in respect of anything pertaining to a choir's participation.
•        Submission of an entry form and participation in the Festival implies acceptance of all the Competition Rules and Regulations.

Concerts:
On Thursday evening, the 1stJuly, Friday evening, the 2nd July, or on Saturday evening the 3rd July 2010 the Choirs may perform a non-competitive Concert – The stage will be chosen according to the repertoire they wish to perform. The maximum time allowed for each Choir is 20 minutes, pauses between the pieces included. These concerts will be all shared (max. 3 choirs). Choirs may perform the same or part of the repertoire chosen for the Competition but it is to be hoped that they will present a different program.

Individual Concerts and Performances:
During the stay the participating choirs are not allowed to give further concerts or performances without the organiser's approval in advance.
Adjudicators: The competitions will be judged by a jury panel of at least two internationally adjudicators. A written adjudication will be sent by e-mail or post to each choir after the Festival. Only free concerts on the Festival Campus are allowed.

Piano:
If you require a piano for accompaniment during the Competition please make sure that you request the same on the Repertoire form which must be submitted within the 10th May 2010.

Music stands:
Music stands will be provided by the Organizers at the Competition venue.

Rehearsals:
Each choir will have the possibility to try the acoustics of the concert stage for not more than 15 minutes according to the timetable which will be sent to every Choir after the deadline for application.

Broadcasting and Recording Rights:
It is a condition of participation that any choir must agree:
 That any performance given during the Festival may be broadcast live and/or recorded for subsequent broadcast on radio and/or television without payment to the choir. All broadcasting rights to any performance at the Festival shall belong to the Festival which will be free to dispose of them as it sees fit.

•        a recent CD/DVD recording of the Choir,  (this can be an amateur recording too)
•        Choir Curriculum, detailing activities and achievement
•        Two recent photographs of the choir
•        Conductor Curriculum
•        160 Euros participation fee of the choir
•        Copy of the  receipt of the Bank transfer (participation feeTO BE ADVISED)
•        After the acceptance of your choir, you must send 5 copies of each work that will be performed (till 10th May 2014)

The closing date for class entry is 20th February 2014
The closing date for repertoire entry is 10th May 2014

1) TUNISIA - Marzo 2010: Festeggiamento dell'Indipendenza della Tunisia
SCEGLIETE VOI UNA SETTIMANA fra le seguenti:

Condizioni:
